• An introductory book on deep neural networks can be found here. When I wrote this post only the first chapter was posted. It can be found here.
• Homepage of Michael Nielsen. He is working on the above book and has many interesting links.
• Using data for decisions, I don't know this could be useful in neural nets but it does look interesting.
